Inspired in our #FabricOftheWeek, Navy Organic Cotton, today we present a low calorie dessert that actually tastes good. And because they high on vitamin E, blueberries work wonders on your skin! Try it this weekend as a healthy mid afternoon snack!


  1. 1 C. Fresh Blueberries
  2. 1/4 C. Sour Cream
  3. 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  4. (optional) Pinch of orange &/or lemon zest


  1. Clean your blueberries thoroughly. Place the blueberries in a small bowl. Add a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. If you would like, add citrus zest. You can either dig in with a spoon or you can mix it up and then, enjoy!
